Inazuma is the nation of eternity and the third city the Traveler explores. It is an archipelago about 4km off of Liyue. Not much is known about them as their ruler had closed them off about a year before the current ingame timeline. Unlike the two other regions, Inazuma is the only one of the three where the deity, the Raiden Shogun, rules the region directly. Only as far as the world was aware, there was only one God of Inazuma, Baal. She had a twin sister, Beelzebul, who took over for her after she died 500 years ago and continued ruling under her name. When the Shogun closed Inazuma from the world, she issued the Vision Hunt Decree, seizing visions which she believed blocked her from her path to eternity. She believed this was the way to guide her people and nation to shine eternal.
